The Evangelical Alliance of Kenya, EAK is now calling on politicians in the country not to use the Building Bridges Initiative report to divide Kenyans.

Addressing the press this afternoon, EAK chairman Bishop Oginde flanked by other Evangelical Alliance of Kenya leaders said they will soon be tabling their recommendations, as religious leaders to the Building Bridges Initiative task force implementation steering committee in due time.

The leaders have backed the initiative that aims to unite the country, urging Kenyans to remain calm as the religious sector prepares to voice their views.

Among the things Evangelical Alliance will be presenting before the task force is the issue of Kadhi’s courts, governance among others.
