Panda Mart, a global chain store with a presence in more than 12 countries in the continent, has officially opened its doors to Kenyan shoppers offering a wide range of products from furniture, electrical appliances, toys, and hardware to homeware.

As the first shopping store in the country situated within Nairobi’s expansive Garden City Mall, Panda Mart is targeting shoppers within the city and beyond, situated in a convenient and easily accessible location to enable them explore, and find everything they need in one place, hence ensuring a seamless shopping experience for visitors.

The mall aims to attract both international brands as well as local brands to have the Mall fully let in 2024. Speaking during the launch, Lee Jinglin from Panda Mart said the choice of Kenya as the largest economy in East Africa and Central Africa.

He said the location was strategic, and comes at a time when Kenya’s retail sector is experiencing an expansion across board.
