UAP Old Mutual Faulu Foundation has committed Kshs 6 Million for humanitarian initiatives in response to the Covid-19 pandemic in Kenya.
The fund is expected to support over 400 casual work force across the UAP Old Mutual and Faulu footprint in Kenya with donations to supplement the stretched demand on them during this period, provide matched funding to UAP Old Mutual Group Staff, who in their individual capacity, are assisting vulnerable groups in the communities through provision of essential items such food, soap, water and sanitizers and support National Initiatives on management of Covid-19 Pandemic at KES 5 Million.
This will be in partnership with Government of Kenya and Private Sector for the containment of the pandemic in the Country. The Foundation’s support will be directed towards initiatives supporting provision of healthcare services to patients as well as protecting the healthcare personnel.
