The Board of CIC Insurance Group PLC and the subsidiaries have announced the appointment of Patrick Nyaga as the Group Chief Executive officer effective from 22nd June this year.
Nyaga has worked for over 28 years in Kenya and the region with various organisations which include ABSA formerly Barcalys Bank, KPMG and lately the Group Finance and strategy director for Co-operative Bank Group.
According to CIC Board, Nyaga has key strengths that position him to drive the Group business at this critical period.
The Board said his track record as champion for strategy, broad experience in operational efficiency and diverse leadership experience will be of great benefit to CIC Insurance Group.
