All Pastors and Bishops Fellowship Makongeni chapter, in Kiambu county today held a Prophetic Prayer Walk along Thika Garissa Road from Kwaheri to Makongeni.
The clergymen consecrated the highway following many deaths and accidents that has been witnessed by motorists and pedestrians in the area.
They pleaded with God for Devine mercy and intervention against calamities in Thika town and other parts of the Nation during elections countdown.
Just last week, the highway was impassable after a trailer overturned near a bridge on the busy highway. Motorists were forced to seek an alternative route as they await a crane at the scene to clear the mess.
Accidents on the highways have been on the rise in the recent past with the government, through the traffic police, urging Kenyans to always ensure that they maintain all traffic rules.
